Brand Activation Manager

**ToYou is a leading online Saudi food ordering and delivery super-app with one of the largest and most comprehensive networks of merchants across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We seek to deliver all necessities across the Kingdom, whether they be from restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, or more.**
**Job Descriptions**:
**The Brand activation managers** is responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that promote the brand and its services either via on ground or online activations (integrated). He/She commonly works with a team of designers, copywriters, videographers, suppliers, and vendors, to develop creative ideas that will resonate with their target audience.
Brand activation managers may also be tasked with overseeing the execution of these activations. He/She will be part of the briefing process, execution and lastly implementation. This might include managing vendors, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that all parties involved are working toward the same goal.
**Role responsibilities**:
Day
- to-day operations:
A brand activation manager typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- Formulating a plan for each event, including creating a budget and resources to help execute the activation.
- Coordinating with vendors such as caterers, production houses, event planners, printing houses and other suppliers to ensure that event details are met.
- coordinate with brand team as well as other partnering departments to make sure responsibilities are distributed and every detail is coordinated.
- Develop a site plan for each event, including where speakers or acts will be located and where food and drink stations will be placed. creates a journey in every event and make sure that objectives from these events are met.
- Managing a team of event staff, including production workers, reps, and ushers for major events.
- Creating a social media strategy to promote events through online channels. Coordinates with videographers and photographers to cover the event and document every moment.
- Managing sponsorships for events, including negotiating contracts with sponsors and developing sponsorship packages tailored to each client’s needs
- Working with designers to create promotional materials such as banners, fliers, billboards, and advertisements related to the event.
- Coordinating with outside agencies such as police departments to ensure that events are held smoothly and efficiently
- Manages all internal activities that are held either in the office our outside, such as Gala dinners, office outings, national & international events.
Brand Formulation:
- Leads the development and manages the positioning, brand print and messaging across all booth designs, general structure designs and branding.
- Reviews integrated plans, design and production across all mediums to ensure it is in compliance with brand values and guidelines.
Agency & Production Liaison:
- Selects and manages the work relationship with branding agencies as need be in order to produce quality output that helps to enhance the corporate brand image of ToYou
- Participates in the selection and manages relevant work relationship with vendors and production houses in order to produce quality output that helps to enhance the brand image of ToYou.
Reporting:
- Develops the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.
Related Assignments:
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, or any related discipline
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years in a renowned activation company or advertising agency-Activation Department.
**Language**:
- English: Preferred.
