Supporting the Trade Team in setting the annual marketing plan and cost.
- Monitor and manage Activation Budget including invoicing and PO tracking.
- Building yearly activation plans.
- Building relationships with all the key stakeholders
- Building event planings and execution sheets
- Managing Activation / executions on daily Tasks.
- Supervising agencies on all activities
- Supervising the Activation Team in KSA.
- Developing Activation Briefs
- Evaluating delivery on campaigns, events and executions objectives, assessing the effeciency and effectiveness and reverting to line manager with feedback.
- Ensure delivery of services with complete satisfaction
- Responsible to achieve and maintain delevering with excellency across all activities
- Developing annual Event calendar, (international and local )
- Monitoring and following up with agencies on execution of activities
- Responsible to sustain and develop Bupa Arabia Brand Health and Equity measures in the Saudi market through owning all marketing activities.
- Suggesting creative ideas to inhance our local Calendar
- Responsible to sustain and inhance Live Right programs on yearly bases.
- Responsible for keeping each region having their separate execution setups for all events and programs.
- Responsible for building a refurbishmnet and maintenece schedule for set ups and Materials.
- Using Emotional intellegnece to solve issue and ease the Logistics on ground.
- Ensuring delivery of required materials/ Gift items and resources for the events.
- Agreeing & aligning with the branding team on any artworks before production.
- Ensure understanding and alignment of Bupa Guide lines with agencies and ensure understanding and alignment.
- Inspire and create a positive team environment between Bupa and agency partners to generate creative and impactful media selection.
- Issue Activations briefs and evaluate effectiveness
- Ensure actiovation agencies are included and registered in Bupa network.
- Lead as the Single-Point-of-Contact and to activation team (Jddah, Dammam & Riyadh)
- Developing, executing and monitoring all BUPA Arabia activations.
- Leading and developing the high frequency Bupa Arabia Health Lounge drives across the calendar year with a view to maximizing corporate retention rates.
- Identifying the relevant events and evaluating the value of sponsoring and impact on business and brand.
- Assessing and negotiating the cost of sponsorship.
- Setting and aligning the brand team to the events calendar of the year.
- Identifying the event participation requirements and activity to be done. Aligning Trade & brand team and ensuring delivery of required materials and resources for the events

- Organizing and managing the on going brand events
- Inspire and create a positive team environment between Bupa and agency partners to generate creative and impactful of successful activations

- Strong interpersonal and Emotional intellegence.
- Problem Solver and Comon Sence.
- Profecient in both Arabic and English language (written & spoken)
- Excellent computer skills with capabilities in web search, excel, power point, and word
