**Position Summary**

We are excited to be a part of delivering exceptional projects that enrich communities and stand as iconic landmarks. Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Document Controller to join our team in supporting our client in the delivery of a state-of-the-art opera house.

The **Document Controller **is a key position within the Project Controls Department, charged with managing and safeguarding all project-related documents. This role entails establishing and maintaining an organized system for document flow, ensuring that all project documentation is accessible, up-to-date, and properly stored. The Document Controller will coordinate the submission and retrieval of drawings, reports, and records; control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, contractors, and suppliers. This position reports to the Project Controls Director. Critical to this role is ensuring that all project controls documents are accurate, version-controlled, and that all records are maintained for auditing purposes. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in document control software and practices.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, preferably in a project controls environment within the construction, engineering, or similar industry and a minimum 2yrs+ experience in GCC (KSA experience ideally).
- Proficiency in using document control software such as Aconex, Procore, or SharePoint.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and organizing large volumes of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of electronic document management systems (EDMS) and version control methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation.
