**Role and Responsibilities**:
**BASIC PURPOSE**

The position entails the responsibility of tender preparation on both the NUPCO and Etemad platforms for Beckman Coulter, Radiometer, Leica Biosystems, and Cepheid items. This includes a thorough understanding of the tender-raising process on these platforms, ensuring all requisite paperwork is complete. Additionally, conducting comprehensive market analyses, keeping abreast of tender issuance dates, managing activities on the MARKETPLACE and Tender Plus platforms, and fostering relationships with key personnel within client accounts are also integral aspects of the role.

Diagnostics: Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, Microbiology, IRIS, Molecular, point of care as well as Histopathology businesses.

**Job Requirements Include**:
**Accountabilities**
- Resolve any pending issues that have to do with receipts, Invoices, debit notes, expiries with the MOH medical supplies across the kingdom, and NUPCO Warehouses
- Assist the Tender Manager and the team in MOH file preparation for delivery.
- Assist the Tender Manager and team in tender-related paperwork.
- Be present upon deliveries and ensure receipt is granted for goods from the medical supplies MOH.
- Visits medical supplies Warehouses to follow-up and facilitate deliveries in his territory.
- Taking appointments from all medical supplies of the area before the end of each quarter to ensure the required revenue targets of NUPCO tender are recognized as per the company's expectations.
- Collaborate efficiently with all area team members and help them to achieve their financial targets by coordinating with WH in Riyadh and the operation team of the area to ensure smooth delivery of all MOH orders.
- Help in following up the NUPCO files at different medical supplies to make sure all our invoices are processed and ready for payments.
- Build a good relationship with all the people responsible for receiving our NUPCO shipments under the new NUPCO operation.
- Understand the new requirements of NUPCO operation to deliver all shipments and take the lead on full filling those requirements.
- Follow up the internal requisition for reagents with the scheme until the arrival of the items.
- Follow up with the Riyadh warehouse team to put stickers on the reagents.
- Know-how in distributing items to regions and managing inventory.
- Assist the Finance team with collection-related issues.
- He has full knowledge of tender portals such as:

- ETIMAD
- TENDER PLUS
- SUS
- SIGN
- MARKETPLACE
- SRM
- Follow up with the CSR team to place the purchase orders in the Oracle system.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Develop strong customer relationships & partnerships with key decision-makers in the contracts/tender department of the major accounts and identify key opportunities, to ensure. business directions are aligned & that Beckman Coulter is the partner of choice.
- Assist the Finance function with collection related issues.
- Act as a backup for Admin related functions.
- To perform other tasks as assigned; assisting in the collection and other government-related tasks as needed.
- Work with the financial Manager on bank guarantees for tenders

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:
**Knowledge / Competencies and Behavior**
- Previous experience in Admin related environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Preferably a Saudi.
- College degree and above.
- Previous experience in managing SGH and/or Tender business.
- Robust understanding of the tender process, from evaluation to award.
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
- Ability to work closely with the different stakeholders.
