**Job Description**:
To help support our future long-term ambition and vision for growth, we are looking for a high calibre Bid Specialist to join the existing marketing and business development team based in our Riyadh office. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious person to join a highly successful consultancy and contribute to our future growth.
- Leading the co-ordination, completion and submission of bids. This will require managing the input from directors and wider technical staff.
- Working closely with our regional business generation team to deliver best practice documents.
- Monitoring and updating our bid pipeline.
- Working as part of the business generation team and fulfilling other duties as directed (and guided) by the Department head to generally assist in the smooth running of the marketing and business development function.

**Location and travel**
- The post holder will be based in our Riyadh office
- There is currently no requirement for wider travel beyond occasional trips to Dubai
**Qualifications**:
**This role will suit someone with over five years’ experience in similar roles.**
- Essential Requirements:_
- Proven experience in the delivery of bid documents including; marketing documents, prequalification questionnaires, tenders and presentations.
- Pro-active and approachable - well organised, innovative and a strong communicator.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of InDesign would be advantageous.
- The ability to learn new procedures quickly and liaise with clients and staff on many different levels.
- The role holder must have experience taking responsibility for managing their work and working with mínimal supervision to achieve the outcomes required for the team.
- APMP certification at Foundation level is preferred
- Arabic language - both written and spoken - will be a significant advantage
