Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Lead ELV/ICT **to join our team

In this role, you will join a professional engineering, construction, and cost management team that is involved in multiple projects in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). KAFD is a master plan development positioned to become Riyadh’s new Central Business District that combines a real estate development of approximately 850,000 sqm of office space, 115,000 GLA of retail, 1,200 residential units, 5-star Hotels, and 600 hospitality keys. KAFD is set to be the main enabler of the KSA 2030 vision.

**What You'll Be Doing:
**Performs complex ELV engineering tasks and particularly important engineering work efficiently and accurately.

Extracts engineering information from CAD drawings.

Completes a variety of assignments such as drawings, specifications, and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes.

Frequently interfaces with other Engineering disciplines as well as other departments.

Review supplier drawing submittals and perform technical bid analyses.

If required, validate the project's specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.

Review and validate the design packages papered by the Lead Design consultants.

Draft and prepare the Scope of Work documents.

Lead and monitor the ELV/ICT/Security/AV package tender process.

Strong design/ engineering experience in the hospitality sector, including all ELV/ICT/Security/AV packages (all project phases).

Strong experience in smart parking systems and integration stage requirements.

Provides technical guidance to all relevant stakeholders, including Employers, design consultants, Site Supervision consultants, and Contractors.

Land and manage the design/engineering meetings and workshops with all related stakeholders.

Respond to the RFI, letters, and any related correspondence.

Have extensive experience in the intentional codes, standards, regulations, and local KSA codes for ELV/ICT/Security/AV packages.

May be required to provide the seal and signature of the professional engineer, as appropriate, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances.

May act in an advisory capacity to senior management personnel on engineering-related matters.

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:
**Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering (or related field) with 10+ years of related work experience. Professional Engineer registration may be required.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
**Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.
