Sales Support Specialist

**Overall Goal**: To support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing efficient administrative and operational support, ultimately contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction
**Role and Responsibilities**: Providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, conducting market research, and analyzing customer data to identify sales opportunities.
Crafting comprehensive and accurate quotes and proposals that align with customer requirements and optimize revenue.
Track and manage the sales pipeline, identifying opportunities and potential bottlenecks.
Preparing specialized and sales-related documents and reports, providing appropriate recommendations and solutions, displaying, clarifying and saving them in its database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
Using data analysis tools to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in sales performance.
Organizing and maintain a centralized storage of sales documents, such as contracts, proposals, and presentations.
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of CRM software and other sales tools.
Regularly update customer records with the latest information, including contact details, equipment fleet, purchase history, and preferences.
Developing visually appealing dashboards and reports to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely.
Utilizing Python programming to analyze data, extract meaningful insights, and present the findings through visualizations.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs with the support of the suppliers to equip the sales team with the knowledge and skills needed to sell new products and services effectively.
Interact with customers on social media to answer questions, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
Engaging with customers and prospects at trade shows and events to build relationships and generate leads.
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least six years of experience in analysis and sales support.
- Practical experience in implementing, configuring, and utilizing ERP and CRM systems.
Ability to leverage Python for data analysis, machine learning, and automation tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,500.00 per month
