**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction equipment industry, including private companies and government entities.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation, particularly within the government sector.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers, including government agencies.
- Provide tailored solutions based on client needs, industry trends, and government regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to meet and exceed targets, with a focus on government contracts.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts, specifically tailored for government tenders and procurement processes.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, customer needs, and government project opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with clients, including government bodies, to close deals.
- Ensure post-sales support and client satisfaction, particularly for government contracts.
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards, competition, market developments, and government regulations.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, or services.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Strong understanding of the Saudi construction market.
- Ability to build and maintain professional networks.
- Familiarity with construction industry regulations and standards.
