**Business Development Manager for Saudi Arabia**

A leading manpower supply company is seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to join immediately.

**Requirements**:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Ø Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in the business development in manpower supply or talent outsource industry in Saudi Arabia.

Ø Progressive sales management experience with a demonstrated record of sales growth.

Ø Market research experience in gathering and analyzing Saudi market intelligence.

Ø Exetnsive business awareness about Saudi Market and construction industry is mandatory.

Ø Knowledge of KSA local labor laws is an added value.

Ø Strong client relationship management and relationship development aptitude.

Ø Professional business and proposal presentation skills.

Ø Ability to facilitate and arrange resources cross functionally to support sales efforts.

Ø **KSA Driving License is mandatory.**

Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ø Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Ø Professional and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Ø Proven ability to work independently.

Ø Strong negotiation skills

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Develop Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Sales Plan.

Ø Execute strategic plans to achieve projected sales targets, revenue, and profit.

Ø Expand the company’s customer base and ensure strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Ø Develop and implement the company's sales strategy based on the client's needs without compromising the company’s sales terms and policies.

Ø Map market trends and identify potential customers and generate new leads for the company.

Ø Implement a variety of unique business initiatives to drive sales.

Ø Implement and maintain best practice in sales techniques and ensure best practices are being followed throughout the sales department.

Ø Implement and maintain an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.

Ø Ensure all sales enquiries are attended/responded to daily.

Ø Ensure all required documentation is completed for every sales order prior to mobilizing employees.
