Business Development Manager

Our client is a newly established industrial technology company which is introducing a new leading industrial analytics & automation system, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
The primary focus of this role is to support business development efforts, lead negotiations, and facilitate deal closures. Furthermore, once a contract is signed, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing deployment activities and managing client accounts effectively.
The targeted talent, must come from an industrial background, working in factories that has to do with garments or similar industrial operations, where he/she understands the industrial equipment and production processes, as the main product to be sold is an IT system that would enables such industrial factories to maximize production and operational performance and minimize costs on any manufacturing company. The targeted talent must have very good exposure to the targeted industrial sector in Saudi Arabia with excellent and updated relationship network.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Saudi Arabian market. Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our solutions effectively.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure contracts. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure favorable terms and successful contract closures.
- Deployment Oversight: Once a contract is signed, coordinate and manage the deployment of our solution in client facilities. Ensure timely and successful implementation, meeting client requirements and expectations.
- Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and proactively address any concerns or issues.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development, contract closures, and deployment success. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and technical teams, to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to drive innovation and stay ahead in the market.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the technology or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals closures.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and technologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

- Timeliness and effectiveness of deployment activities.
- Client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Revenue generated from new and existing clients.
- Meeting or exceeding assigned sales and business development targets.
**Salary**: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼30,000.00 per month
