**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our organization as an EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) Senior Officer. As an EPMO Senior Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the management of multiple projects within our organization. You will work closely with project teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, alignment with strategic objectives, and adherence to project management best practices.
**Responsibilitie**s:
- EPMO Governance: Develop and implement EPMO governance processes, frameworks, and standards in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Establish project management methodologies, tools, and templates to ensure consistent project execution across the enterprise.
- Portfolio Management: Support the management and prioritization of the project portfolio. Assist in assessing project feasibility, resource allocation, and strategic alignment. Provide recommendations on project selection, initiation, and prioritization based on organizational priorities and available resources.
- Project Planning and Monitoring: Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, define project objectives, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Project Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, project plans, and project reports. Prepare and distribute accurate and timely project status reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Capability to analyze data and prepare and generate reports and dashboards
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify project risks and issues, and work with project teams to develop strategies for risk mitigation and issue resolution. Monitor and report on risks and issues across the project portfolio. Provide guidance and support to project teams in managing risks and resolving issues.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish performance monitoring mechanisms to track project performance against established KPIs and targets. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility on project progress, issues, and trends to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the EPMO, including identifying process inefficiencies, developing and implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing among project teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including project teams, senior leaders, and external partners. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication, manage expectations, and address any concerns or issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management, computer science/engineering) or equivalent practical experience. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management, EPMO, or portfolio management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of using MS office and any other data analysis programs such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau..etc
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, SCRUM, PRINCE2) is preferred but not required.
- Experience with enterprise project management tools or systems is a plus.
