HR Business Partner

**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance workforce engagement.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that address human resource challenges.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts.
- Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on various HR topics, promoting awareness and compliance.
- Partner with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and career development opportunities for employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, addressing any compliance issues proactively.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a business partner capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Proven track record in supporting business objectives through effective HR strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in change management and organizational development is preferred.
