**What You'll Do**:
As our Sales Director, you will be the driving force behind expanding our digitalization projects in the region. You will work together with our high-performing sales team, identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, and secure high-value contracts. You will be a strategic thinker, a skilled negotiator, and a passionate advocate for our transformative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for digitalization projects, aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Be part of our creative culture of collaboration and exceed your sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers across targeted industries.
- Understand and articulate the value proposition of our digitalization solutions, effectively communicating their benefits to clients.
- Negotiate complex deals and close high-value contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and market trends, tailoring your sales approach accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, delivery, etc.) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Actively build and expand your professional network within the IT community.
**What You Have**:
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical or consultative sales, preferably within the IT sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent revenue growth.
- Understanding of the digitalization landscape and related technologies (Cloud services, AI, Big Data, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of the sales cycle and ability to manage all stages effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (native Arabic is required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (even Business Management is fine).
- Experience in selling digitalization projects is a significant advantage.
