We are a startup that has scaled up to an aggregate revenue of $100m plus in revenue in 5 years. As part of the platform, we have a product named Builder Studio supported by BuilderCare which is a human-assisted AI platform for building and managing tailor made software and BuilderCloud to support & scale infrastructure. Our clientele includes Future group, BBC, Qatar Development Bank, SIAM Makro, Virgin Group and a lot more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, prospect and onboard new partners in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, and financial services industries.
- Build and manage relationships with partners, including regular communication and visits, and serve as a primary point of contact for partners.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners to drive committed revenue growth and market share.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales and marketing programs that leverage partner capabilities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment with Builder.ai's goals and objectives.
- Track and report partner performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure partner compliance with Builder.ai's policies, procedures, and business requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystems to drive innovation and growth.
- Leverage your existing relationships with partners and organizations in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, and financial services industries.
- Work with the partnership enablement and partnership success teams to drive product consumption once a partner contract is closed.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential partners and identify new opportunities for collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of partner account management experience, preferably in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, and financial services industries.
- Proven ability to build relationships and partnerships with external organizations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with negotiating and closing partnership agreements.
- Familiarity with partnership models and commercial / legal constructs used in GTM Partnerships.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
