**Area of responsibility**:
The Trade marketing & Net Revenue manager drives both; Arla operating categories growth by tailoring the regional / local plans along with key local insights into action AND securing profitable revenue growth by using shopper data & industry insights to support business decisions.
- Lead the CCSM Operations unit to Grow the total Category and Arla leadership in a profitable way
- Fuel channel growth through range of customised channel plan execution
- Optimize product assortment, pricing & promotion to secure profitable revenue (NRM)
- Flawless execution of brand / category plans to enhance brand power across customers / channels
- Develop a strong category, customer, channel and shopper expertise
**Specific tasks**
**Market Insights**:
- Secure thorough integrated understanding of Retail industry performance, trends with competitor and Arla activity monitoring along with internal data.
**Ensure flawless execution of shopper activations and in-store excellence**:
- Execute all consolidated plans across categories; Ensure efficient implementation & evaluation of POS Material based on picture of success and merchandising guidelines in alignment with the sales team
- Strengthen customer relations by delivering on time and high-quality category plans (CBP projects)
- Drive and Manage (with the CCSM Operations Team) the allocation and deployment of promotional materials, coolers etc.
**NRM**:
- Ensure close coordination between CCSM - Sales - Finance to drive the profitable revenue agenda
- Build the optimal investment strategy per channel and customer using key drivers of assortment, visibility and promotion. Assure efficient and continuously improving management of promo investments to increase margins.
**Channel & Customer Development**
- Develop and roll out relevant sales aids and planograms to secure high visibility across channels
- Co-work and execute key JTBD alongside CCSM leads
**KPIs**
- Retail and competitor insights
- Flyer report analysis (price promotion optimisation)
- Customer plan execution (MT, TT)
- High profile customer centric projects (CBP)
- Post analysis reports (profitable revenue / NPD performance vs business case assumptions)

**Qualifications/Education**
- Minimum 5-7 year experience from FMCG within sales or secondarily commercial marketing or finance roles
