The resource will be responsible for the performing the following activities:
Product Development:

- Grow, maintain, convert, and track a healthy pipeline of Large Market/B2B opportunities for the Bank. Meet and exceed KPIs on Pipeline Value, Conversion rate, time-to-revenue and Y1/Y2 revenue.
- Co-develop value propositions and determine product pricing
- Provides input in the development of market positioning for commercial products
- Conducts research and analyzes data on competitive positioning, pricing, revenue, competitive products and services, and market trends to identify relevant solution bundles and product enhancements
- Collaborate with tech and design teams, policy, risk, compliance teams and partners/vendors to build, launch, promote products

Launch New Products:

- Define the sales opportunities and the prospects for the bank in alignment with the strategy for the bank
- Identify and prioritize prospects lists
- Create sales pipeline and liaise with the Commercial BD team to ensure that all opportunities are recorded and updated
- Lead sales discussions and pitch Client’s products to end customers
- Coordinate with marketing and communications staff
- Develop acquisition strategy including sales planning, enablement and interfacing with customers
- Provides input in the development of market positioning for commercial products
- Take responsibility for training the sales teams inside the Bank partners and supporting their ongoing product knowledge development to enable them to sell into their customer base.
- Monitor results and propose improvement measures

Knowledge & Experience:

- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience;
- Strong understanding of commercial banking products across SME and large corporates;
- Proven project management skills;
- Strong team player, results driven and high level of energy and initiative;
- People management skills; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Arabic language a plus
