Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee offboarding.

- Support benefits administration and answer employee queries.
- Help organize employee training and development programs.
- Ensure HR compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Provide general HR support to employees and managers.
