**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Lead, drive and execute the overall Service Sales growth strategy across the region
- Hire, train, develop, and retain talent and define the right JDs, incentive plans, KPIs and metrics
- Deploy Commercial Service expertise across region geographies, product lines & customer groups
- Manges Commercial Service Teams in the various sub-regions and ensure sales force intensity
- Maintain good relationships with and access to key customer decision makers
- Solicit customer input of commercial service thru NPS/surveys and adjust offerings accordingly
- Continuous improvements matching both customer satisfaction and sales potentials
- Differentiate MDT product/solution/service offerings, convey compelling value propositions and present solutions responding to customer needs
- Put in place and drive focused product offerings and campaigns across direct & indirect markets
- Addresses internal and external business challenges while utilizing understanding of industry challenges and act to improve offers, processes, and services
- Work closely with equipment commercial teams to win deals fitting customer and company needs
- Implement and continuously assess sales processes, effectiveness, and tools
- Effectively forecasts budgets, opportunities, gaps, risks, and work on mitigation plans
- Maintain up to date market and competitor knowledge related to their product/solutions/services & ensure pricing compliance for all opportunities
**Must Have**
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 7 years of working experience in the healthcare field
- Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry & good experience in the Sales & service Sales fields
- Minimum 7 years of Service sales management in similar markets and products
- Minimum 7 years of a mix management for Direct and indirect countries
- Minimum 7 years of channel management
- Experience in managing sales team. Demonstrated leadership in identifying growth strategy, analyzing opportunities and gaps, motivating team to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
**Nice to Have**
- Lean Six-Sigma Certification
- Master’s Degree
- Previous experience in equipment selling
