About the Role
This Strategic Account Manager position is responsible for selling our entire Customer Experience Services portfolio to major accounts in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in value-based sales positions and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute services sales strategies for assigned customers
  2. Drive sales of new services within customers
  3. Forecast and report business performance
  4. Publish service responses for Request for Proposals (RFP) and new service bids or proposals
  5. Closely cooperate with account teams and other departments
