Sales Opportunity Overview

Schneider Electric seeks a highly skilled Senior Services Sales Engineer to promote and sell a broad range of technical services, including maintenance contracts, data center renovations, and digital services for major manufacturers' IT equipment.

The ideal candidate will be accountable for the selling of turnkey projects, from simple equipment replacement to fully engineered solutions. He/She will develop account profiles, execute sales plans, apply market and account skills, identify potential customers, secure customer satisfaction, utilize sales management tools, and provide monthly forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Identifies and contacts potential customers or prospects, either existing or new.
  • Secures customer satisfaction by overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer.
  • Utilizes sales management tools for sales funnel management and account planning.
  • Provides timely forecasts and summaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or IT Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT infrastructure companies or SE (APC) partners.
  • Good background in IT infrastructure equipment (UPS and all data center components).
  • Knowledge of services in installed-based business.
  • Arabic native with excellent command in English.
