Administrative Assistant/coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Maintain office filing and record-keeping systems, both physical and digital.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for team members.
- Provide general administrative support to team members, including copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Making sure that all documents are properly managed and organized
- Coordinate and liaise between the concerned department for proper workflow
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Minimum experience level is 3 years in same field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience in a similar industry or environment is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 36 months
**Salary**: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
