Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Development Manager to join our global business. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth.

Your primary focus will be on consistently achieving sales targets, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close, and fostering strong relationships with our existing and potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve consistent sales performance, meeting or exceeding established targets
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners
  • Provide market trend insights and feedback to enhance our products and services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Industry expertise in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms highly desirable
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on hunters who can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
