Role Overview

This position requires a skilled Barista to work closely with the Cafe Manager to maintain exceptional standards in daily operations, adhering to company guidelines and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality coffee beverages according to established recipes.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prominently display attention to customers' orders and preferences, fostering an engaging atmosphere.

  • Ensure timely operation of the cafe, meeting quality standards.

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Barista in a similar establishment.
  • Holding a certified Barista certificate.
  • Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.

  • Hands-on experience with commercial-grade coffee machines.
