Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Methods: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Candidate Screening: Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each position.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Networking Events: Attend job fairs and networking events to promote the company and build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and making job offers.
  • Candidate Database Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our database.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or similar environment.
  • Performance Metrics: Proven track record of successfully filling positions with qualified candidates.
  • Communication Skills: Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and best practices.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and networking.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Attitude: Positive attitude and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
