Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi but was revamped in 2016 as Jeeny to cater to various services. Currently, the company operates in Saudi Arabia and Jordan with offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced senior sales professional to build a B2B sales organization from scratch. This individual must have leadership experience, a strong understanding of enterprise tools, and the ability to develop a team while being hands-on. Key responsibilities include acquiring first customers, setting pricing, and defining sales strategies. The ideal candidate should be eager to start immediately by meeting future customers and understanding their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Segmentation: Identify key industries such as consulting, legal, hospitality, etc., where Jeeny's services provide high value.
  • Sales Targeting: Develop a targeted approach for both deliveries services and corporate ride-hailing, mapping out types of businesses that would benefit most from each.
  • KPIs: Set measurable sales goals around client acquisition, revenue growth, and retention.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of transportation and technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
