The Position:We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive our B2B sales efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing a sales strategy, building a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and expansion in the B2B market.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
