Sales Development Associate

At Colada, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities by utilizing a consultative approach to selling. This person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through the creation of new business opportunities
- Successfully create business from new customer accounts by building rapport and establishing long-term relationships
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives to close deals
Qualifications:
- 0-4 years' quota carrying sales experience in the food and beverage industry
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems to manage customer interactions
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota in sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
