Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and implementing various human resource functions, including recruitment, staffing, training, payroll, and development, performance monitoring, employee relations, and government relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Staffing
    • Analyze and plan the overtime cycle to ensure that HR services meet the needs of the company.
    • Responsible for outsourcing companies regarding payroll, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
  • Employee Relations and Development
    • Monitor employees' time attendance through the system.
    • Contribute to the development of HR systems to establish a working environment where employees excel in their work and get motivated to work and participate.
  • HR Administration
    • Support solving employee conflicts and improve HR administration; develop strong relationships and effective communication between company employees.
    • Understand local employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
  • Policy Development and Maintenance
    • Maintain, update, and expand the organization's policies under the supervision of the Direct Manager.
    • Work according to plans, direction, and assist in the implementation and application of various HR systems, including recruitment and selection, training and development, motivation and incentive, performance appraisal, government relations, etc.
  • Document Management
    • File and maintain all documents related to the HR department, organized, easy to retrieve, and up to date according to company policies.
    • Update employees' HR records/information and prepare needed forms/letters as needed.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with relevant national and international health, safety, and environmental laws and policies.
    • Maintain records and reports of HSE aspects.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
    • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, able to plan, organize, and follow up work effectively while focusing on quality towards excellence.
    • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
    • Proactively take initiatives and demonstrate a dynamic approach to adapt to changing business needs and environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or any related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in written, read, and spoken Arabic and English.
