We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our esteemed team at Talent Pal. As an HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in overseeing a range of Human Resources functions. This includes managing compensation and benefits packages, implementing company policies, and maintaining accurate employee records. Your expertise in full cycle recruiting and knowledge of labor legislation will be key in ensuring that our HR procedures run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compensation and Benefits Management: Design and review compensation and benefits packages to ensure they align with industry standards and company goals.
  • Organizational Development: Oversee the development of the organization by implementing strategic initiatives and programs that drive growth and improvement.
  • Performance Management: Develop and oversee employees' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure individual and team performance.
  • Training and Development: Create and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Relations: Coordinate quarterly and annual performance review sessions to ensure open communication and feedback.
  • HR Administration: Update employee records to reflect new hires and employment changes, and maintain detailed job descriptions, organizational charts, and salary records.
  • Recruitment: Anticipate hiring needs and oversee recruitment processes to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies across the organization to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Financial Management: Monitor department budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Employee Support: Address and resolve employee queries in a timely manner to ensure high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and ensure compliance to avoid any potential risks.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR work with proven experience in a previous position.
  • Education: Having an educational background in HR related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Experienced in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge and practical understanding of the principles and methodologies related to organizational development, capability to create and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), thorough knowledge of labor laws and payroll procedures, exceptional team management abilities, and strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
