About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our Metso HR Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategic talent sourcing, identifying opportunities to attract top talent, and managing the full employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment in the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Good networking and communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates effectively and build relationships.
  • Motivated mindset with the ability to meet targets and deliver high-quality talent within specified timelines.
  • High organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
