About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for Salt in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a balance of expanding relationships with existing clients and winning new business across enterprise and government sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Farm key accounts to strengthen relationships and grow revenue.
  • Identify and engage with decision-makers in enterprise and government sectors to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Develop a strategic business development plan aligned with market trends.
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

What We're Looking For

  • 12–15 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT or digital transformation space.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts while securing new clients.
  • A strong network within Saudi Arabia's enterprise and public sector.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
