We're looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager – Named Accounts to join our team. This role involves driving customer retention, adoption, and growth among our top strategic accounts with a technical focus, leveraging our platform's capabilities.
Main responsibilities include:
- Technical Enablement
- Delivering expert-level training, workshops, and coaching to customers, helping them get the most out of our platform.
- Providing timely, high-quality support to resolve customer issues, elevate user experience, and foster long-term relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment, prioritize efforts, and deliver results.
- Maintaining accurate records, tracking progress, and reporting insights to inform future strategies and optimize performance.
- Client Relationship Management
- Nurturing strong relationships with customers, identifying areas for improvement, and escalating issues as needed.
- Communicating effectively across functions to ensure alignment, prioritize efforts, and measure impact.
