We're looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager – Named Accounts to join our team. This role involves driving customer retention, adoption, and growth among our top strategic accounts with a technical focus, leveraging our platform's capabilities.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Technical Enablement
  • Delivering expert-level training, workshops, and coaching to customers, helping them get the most out of our platform.
  • Providing timely, high-quality support to resolve customer issues, elevate user experience, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment, prioritize efforts, and deliver results.
  • Maintaining accurate records, tracking progress, and reporting insights to inform future strategies and optimize performance.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Nurturing strong relationships with customers, identifying areas for improvement, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Communicating effectively across functions to ensure alignment, prioritize efforts, and measure impact.
