About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Consultant to join our team at Akinon. As a key member of our sales and customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through the effective implementation of our omnichannel solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and solutions to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our solutions remain competitive and aligned with customer needs.
About You
  • You have a strong background in e-commerce and omnichannel solutions, with a proven track record of delivering successful customer implementations.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach, able to develop and execute plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • You have a strong technical foundation, with experience in SaaS-based e-commerce software solutions and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • You are fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
