We're seeking a Senior Product Manager Lead to join our team at Mozn. As a leader in product development, you'll be responsible for driving product strategy and implementation under Focal.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product design, engineering, and data science
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and priorities for new product features
  • Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, OKRs, and metrics to measure success
  • Mentoring and guiding junior product managers to help them grow in their roles

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top school in a STEM or Business field or any related field
  • 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years working on B2B products
  • Expertise in developing and scaling SaaS-based products
  • 3+ years of experience in AML, risk, or fraud is necessary
  • Working knowledge of latest AI and Machine Learning technologies, with experience scoping, developing, or deploying AI-related features or ML models a plus
  • Eagerness to work on products with global impact and potential
  • Proficiency in English language is mandatory and Arabic language is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability
