We are seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Abunayyan Holding.

Our Company

Abunayyan Holding is a well-established business group with a strong presence in the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. Our company operates in multiple sectors, including agriculture and construction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development and Growth

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and managing large strategic accounts in the irrigation and pumping solutions sector.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

They will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Sales Strategy and Planning

The Regional Business Development Manager will develop a strategic sales plan to meet personal and branch targets, analyze financial capabilities and behaviors of existing & new customers, and provide accurate monthly sales forecasts to the supply chain and product managers.

Talent Development and Leadership

They will guide and mentor junior sales engineers, evaluate and support training needs for direct reports, and onboard and evaluate new hires while ensuring overall branch team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Irrigation, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration with trading management experience.
  • 7-9 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
