About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Eram Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in assisting in the delivery of our Company Waste Management Strategy objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the execution of specific projects, work plans, feasibility and technical studies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  3. Lead project engineering and management of Waste Management Facilities and associated technologies, including landfill development, materials recycling facilities, and anaerobic digestion.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant HSE legislation and requirements, including CDM Regulations.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of ten years' experience in a project engineer or project management role within a relevant engineering/waste management discipline.
  2. Proven track record of delivering projects to cost, quality, and time parameters in waste management or related engineering fields.
  3. Excellent financial management and analytical skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present confidently to small and large groups.
  5. Good ICT skills, including MSOffice, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6, and AutoCAD packages.
Desirable Qualifications
  1. Experience of working on projects in the GCC or similar regions.
