Technical Sales Manager

About the Role:

The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for strengthening the sales force by combining technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a wide range of products and services. This role requires the ability to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and approve all proposals for the Business Line sales in cooperation with the Sales team and GM or Sales Director if needed.
  2. Coordinate with the Operation Manager to ensure seamless execution of sales projects.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree qualification in a technical or business field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in Oil & Gas or Power Industry.
  • Knowledge of valve repair and pump maintenance services.
  • Experience in selling capital equipment, projects, maintenance services.
