  7. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all fit-out activities comply with regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 15+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering fit-out projects on time and within budget.
  3. Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and methods.
  4. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions and solve problems effectively.
  5. Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
  6. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of fit-out work.
