Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing, to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment to ensure a well-stocked and functional workspace.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the successful execution of tasks and projects.
Work Environment

This is a remote role with minimal in-office requirements, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks and data management.
  • Knowledge of KSA laws and regulations related to government departments to ensure compliance and best practices.
