Job Summary

As a Sales Manager at Transguard Workforce Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts for our energy and power solutions in KSA. You will develop and execute sales strategies, generate demand, promote sales activities, and grow market share.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the energy and power solutions market.
  • Generate demand for power distribution solutions among end clients and consultants.
  • Promote sales activities with existing clients and acquire new clients in the switchgear panel builders/contractors segment to achieve target revenue in KSA.
  • Grow market share and increase sales with energy clients active in the power sector, including power plants, power grids, renewable energy, and battery storage.
  • Provide market intelligence and represent the power & energy solutions in KSA.
  • Collaborate with our marketing manager to lead marketing activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the KSA market.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the switchgear business (low voltage power distribution).
  • In-depth market knowledge, especially with switchgear panel builders and electrical contractors, and established contacts in this field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the switchgear business (low voltage power distribution).
  • Excellent techno-commercial sales skills, with a focus on value proposition.
  • A positive attitude, ambition, and willingness to learn.
  • Fluent English language proficiency; Arabic language proficiency is preferable.
