**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to lead our hotel operation in driving commercial success during peak pilgrimage seasons. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing performance, profitability, and return on investment by effectively managing hotel services and ensuring they meet the specific needs of Hajj guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Monitor Financial Plans: Align with hotel and operating division objectives to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee Guest Services: Ensure prompt responses and effective resolution of complaints and requests to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain Product Quality: Uphold high standards throughout the hotel to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Establish Preventative Maintenance Programs: Safeguard physical assets and reduce maintenance costs through proactive measures.
  • Develop Strategic Marketing Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on revenue generation opportunities to maximize occupancy levels and RevPAR.
  • Collaborate with Regional Corporate Office: Ensure optimum productivity levels across all hotel areas.
  • Liaise with Government Authorities: Ensure alignment with legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive Colleague Development: Enhance operating and service performance through training, mentorship, and feedback.
  • Establish Proactive Human Resource Function: Ensure colleague motivation, training, and development, as well as compliance with policies and local labor regulations.
