Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve agreed targets and expand commercial agency operations.
  • Network and build relationships with clients, occupiers, and industry partners to drive business growth.
  • Pitch and win new office instructions and act on behalf of retailers looking to expand.
  • Research and analyze market trends, rents, and incentives to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Manage a team of agents, ensuring their targets are met and queries are addressed.
  • Perform other tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a management level position with a track record of completing lease renewals, new lettings, and lease disposals.
  • Sound understanding of the retail and office market, current rents, trends, and incentives.
  • Solid understanding of the local upcoming office supply, existing vacancies, and tenants who have active requirements.
  • Strong site finding skills for retailers and office occupiers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and take initiative.
  • Certifications and Licenses: MRICS or on APC pathway preferable.
  • Language skills: Fluency in English and Arabic.
