We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Support Specialist to provide administrative and organizational support to our team at ClientTrip.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure efficient task management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Maintain and organize digital files and records.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact between the employer and external parties.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and messages professionally.
- Coordinate with team members and external partners as needed.
- Task Management & Problem Solving:
- Track progress on various projects and assignments.
- Identify and resolve minor operational issues proactively.
- Provide assistance with research, data gathering, and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
