About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating front office activities, managing guest communications, and ensuring seamless reservations and check-in processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Coordination: Manage front office activities, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized service to meet their needs.
  • Reservation Management: Process and confirm guest reservations, verify availability, and ensure accurate rate and guarantee information.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality-related degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
