Crowne Plaza Riyadh Al Waha, an IHG Hotel seeks a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to oversee guest services and front desk operations. This dynamic role requires exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Leadership:
  2. Supervise front office operations during your shift, ensuring timely and professional check-in/check-out services.
  3. Conduct shift briefings to ensure all operational requirements are clear and followed.
  4. Oversee guest information, group bookings, and local event information.
  5. Manage the use of public address systems and handle guest complaints, providing solutions as needed.
  6. Supervise cashiering activities, including cash handling, banking procedures, and dealing with irregular payments.
  7. Train staff on credit policies, cash security, and debtor control.
  8. Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with hotel accounting procedures.
  9. Team Management & Coordination:
  10. Collaborate with Human Resources for manpower planning and team development.
  11. Work with the Director of Finance to assist in the preparation and management of departmental processes.
  12. Ensure smooth communication between front office staff and other hotel departments.
  13. Foster positive relationships with guests, ensuring all inquiries and needs are met promptly.
  14. Uphold hotel standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand policies.

This role requires at least 1 year of experience in front office or guest services, including supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Front Office Systems, and a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
