Job Summary:
The Revenue Cycle Management Manager will be responsible for leading the Revenue Cycle Department and ensuring that all business-related processes are smoothly implemented in line with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide direction and guidance to Revenue Cycle Department staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize revenue cycle processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that patients and families receive excellent service and support throughout the revenue cycle process.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the revenue cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the Revenue Cycle Department is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the Revenue Cycle Department, providing training and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent field or in Medical Field.
- Experience: At least 2-5 years of progressive experience as Revenue Cycle Management Manager in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong understanding of healthcare safety, operations, and programs, skilled in working with spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations, medical terminology knowledge, ability to organize and prioritize, strong customer service background and experience.
