We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Qureos. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within an established geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various lead generation activities, including trade shows, direct mailing, advertising, and referral programs.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Meet with prospects to understand their needs, develop sales presentations, and lead sales presentations to grow the clientele for our services.
- Account Management: Retain existing customers and identify and resolve a wide range of issues with little supervision.
- Business Acumen: Possess a deep understanding of business sales processes and be able to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in engineering or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/SFDC software.
- Industry Knowledge: Core knowledge of the HVAC and Lighting industry is an added advantage.
- Experience: 3+ years of related sales experience and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
