Job Summary:

The Human Resources Sales Executive role at CARE offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic sales team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and innovation.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Develop and implement pricing and contract strategies to maximize revenue potential.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and business development in the HR services industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and partners.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
