Job Summary:
The Human Resources Sales Executive role at CARE offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic sales team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and innovation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
- Develop and implement pricing and contract strategies to maximize revenue potential.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and business development in the HR services industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and partners.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
