    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within given timeframes.
  • Market Analysis and Business Development
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand the Saudi Arabian key market requirements, projects, and tenders of the Water/Wastewater segments.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including end-users, consultants, contractors, and prospective customers.
    • Develop and deliver technical presentations of products to customers and stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with the sales team to plan, organize, and participate in sales meetings, conferences, and customer training to support business activity.
    • Communicate effectively with all levels of engineering and construction personnel to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
    • Report progress toward sales plans and objectives on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or associated courses with a minimum of 7 years of experience in EPC sales, preferably based in the GCC region.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Good knowledge of the Water & Wastewater industry and products.
    • Proven track record of delivering growth in both sales and profitability.
    • Strong connection with end-users, consultants, contractors, and potential customers.
    • Technical and sales aptitude, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently in planning activities, making decisions, and supporting customers.
    • Well-versed in Sales Force, ERP, and MS Office skills.
    • Strong market analysis capabilities, able to understand market drivers, uncover customer needs, and estimate financial opportunity.
    • Saudi resident with a transferable Iqama preferred. Open to candidates within the GCC region.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Saudi driving license mandatory.
