As a Business Development Executive at Bayut السعودية, you'll play a key role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through onboarding real estate developers for sales and/or joint ventures.

You'll take a hands-on approach in leading the acquisitions process, conducting site visits, on-ground surveys, and in-depth market research. Your focus will be on sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring properties for sale and joint ventures that align with the company's vision and growth objectives.

You'll require a combination of market insight, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate landscape. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identify prospective projects to meet the Company's annual sales targets, perform sophisticated feasibility and financial analysis, and negotiate terms of the agreements;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that address client requirements;

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through onboarding real estate developers for sales and/or joint ventures;
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts;

Needs Analysis and Solution Design:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client's business objectives and align project proposals to meet their specific needs;
  • Act as liaison between the developer and sales team during the execution of the project;

Revenue Growth and Targets:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact;

Client Relationship Management:

  • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery;
  • Liaise with Legal for devising specific/customized contract terms between Bayut-KSA & counterparty in order to draft the right document in accordance with arrangements;

Contract Negotiation:

  • Lead negotiations on project contracts, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with both client and company objectives;
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts;

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration is required;
  • 3+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate;
  • Extensive experience in Business Development and New Business Acquisition;
  • Experience with Financial Analysis and feasibility;
  • In-depth knowledge of Real Estate in Saudi Arabia;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
